Die Tour des Working on a dream (WOAD) Albums ist zu Ende. Auch wenn sehr wenig Titel des Albums gespielt wurden. Es war eine Tour voller Highlights, schade dass die Alben erst am Ende komplett gespielt wurden.
85 Shows… 184 verschiedene Songs…jede Show zwischen 2-3 Stunden lang … komplette Alben wurden gespielt von Greetings bis Born in the USA… 2 Deutschland Konzerte…
Nur zwei Songs wurden an jedem der 85 Abende gespielt: Born to Run und American Land. Gefolgt von „Working on a dream“, dass an einem Abend ausgelassen wurde. Badlands, The Rising und Watin’ on a Sunny Day wurden an 81 Abenden gespielt. 67 Songs wurden nur einmal gespielt, meistens Cover. 25 Songs nur zweimal (z.B. Blinded, Back in your arms,…). Hard Times (54x) und Twist and Shout (23x) zählten zu den meistgespielten Covern. (vgl. Song Count vom SPL)
Von allen Alben, wurden Songs von Born in the USA (12,20%) am meisten gespielt. Gefolgt von Born to Run (10,91%), Working on a Dream (10,61%), The Rising (10,44%) und Darkness on the Edge of Town (9,87%). Diese 5 Alben machten die Hälfte der jeweiligen Setlisten aus. Die Alben zwischen 1988-1995 (Tunnel of Love-Greatest Hits ohne Ghost of Tom Joad) kamen auf nochnichtmal 1%. Vom Devils and dust Album wurden leider keine Songs gespielt. (vgl. Album Count vom SPL).
Eine der besten Tourneen ist nun zu Ende. Jetzt heißt es warten auf Details zur „Tour DVD“ !

Was für eine Setlist ! Was für eine letzte Show ! Das Greetings Album inkl. den Tourpremieren „Mary Queen of Arkansas“ und „The Angel“ wurde Mike Appel gewitmet: „to the man who got me in the door. Mike Appel is here tonight — Mike, this is for you.“Hinzu ein unglaublich Version von “Lost in the flood“ Solo.
„Restless Nights.“ , „Merry Christmas Baby“ und Chuck Willis’s „(I Don’t Want to) Hang Up My Rock and Roll Shoes,“ als Tourpremieren.
Sie feierten auch den Geburtstag von Little Steven auf der Bühne (22.11.1950). Kevin Buell brachte die Geburtstagstorte (mit einer Gitarre drauf) auf die Bühne. Mit Max Hilfe sangen das Publikum Happy Birthday. “For Steve!“ sagte Bruce und Suprise Suprise startete, „Well today is your birthday, we traveled so far we two
So let’s blow out the candles on your cake and we’ll raise a glass or two“, danach probierte Stevie die Torte „“Not bad!“ und Bruce fügte den Lyrich hinzu: „And when the sun comes out tomorrow, it’ll be the start of a brand new day…“.
Es war nicht die letzte Tour mit der E Street Band: „We appreciate you coming out to see the E Street Band. So we’re gonna say goodbye, but just for a little while… a very little while… because… because…“ before singing again, „I like it, I like it, I like it!“ Setlist:

Jon Landau gab gegenüber dem Rolling Stone die Veröffentlichung einer Tour DVD bekannt, von der aktuellen natürlich. Des Weiteren soll 2010 endlich die Jübiläumsausgabe des Darkness Albums erscheinen. Die Darkness Box soll eine remasterte CD enthalte, sowie eine Dokumentation und ein Konzert auf DVD. Die Darkness Box ist schon zu 93% fertig und die Tour DVD könnte nach Weihnachten (Danke Telecaster ) erscheinen.
Leider wird in dem Interview bestätigt, dass Bruce 2010 keine neue Platte mit der E Street Band veröffentlicht und auch keine Solo Pläne vorhanden sind.
