Yup, a good stir in the set list is always nice. On the other hand a setlist that includes – oveplayed songs like Radio Nowhere and Badlands, – Out in the street and Waiting on a sunny day….and if you count some of his weakest recorded songs in my opion, again Radio Nowhere and Waiting on a sunny day, High hopes, Murder Inc, Pay me my money down, …..well – there was still room for improvement(s). I have seen better set list….MUCH better…..but that does not say anything about how the show came over. Review from my blood brother theres says, 1st night was stellar, second brilliant and third night out of this world. Guess its all a matter of taste.
Thak´s for your Post.
Where do you come from ?
Greetings from German Tramps…Thorsten 🙂
Waitin on a sunny day one of his weakest recorded songs? That song is always one of his best live acts! And for me it’s one of his best songs ever. Of course it’s not Jungleland, New York city serenade, but it’s one of his best. Same with Out in the street :))
I´m Danish but live in Luxembourg. Congrats on a great blog. And I stand to my statement. And of all those I have seen it, it had bugged me. But each to their own. I have heard people liking Radio Nowhere too…and that for me is among the worst songs of his entire catalogue. Seen a god 40+ shows over the years and enjoy Darkness on the edge of town and Ghost of Tom Joad equally. I think WB is stunning.
I am sure this paragraph has touched all the internet users, its really really fastidious article on building
